Great to meet you!

I am an African American woman from NY w. connections to NJ + PA. Licensed as a psychotherapist with 15+ yrs of exp. in the mental heath arena. I also have an MBA which has afforded me the opportunity to be in service to those in business, finance, and corporate sector as they navigate intricate work-related stress. This lived experience has allowed me to develop a specialty in working with Marginalized Populations not just within the AA Community but within Asian + Latinè Communities as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Gregarious, intuitive, supportive and optimistic are some of the words my clients use to describe my work with them. I am well versed in therapeutic/healing dialogue and integrate the following approaches into sessions as deemed appropriate: Holistic, Humanistic, Kindness/Compassion, Trauma-Informed, Solution Focused, Empowerment, and Affirming techniques.

What you can expect from our first session

My priority when working with clients is to make sure that they know they are valued in our work together as we navigate all those sacred places and spaces within them while providing guidance, empowerment and support.
