Great to meet you!

Wendoline Vargas (she/her), is a first generation, Latinx, bilingual, licensed clinical social worker. Wendoline was born and raised in Los Angeles, earning an undergraduate degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters in Social Work from New York University. Wendoline is a fierce advocate for social justice and passionate about working with BIPOC women/young adults, & individuals with marginalized identities, and helping to empower them to reach their fullest potential.

My approach to therapy

Born to immigrant parents herself, Wendoline understands the pressures and complexities of growing up a first-gen child, allowing her the opportunity to connect with clients of immigrant parents in a unique way. She embraces her clients with compassion and understanding. In taking a supportive, gentle & intentional approach, she is able to help her clients better understand themselves and their triggers, whilst developing healthy coping tools to learn to meet their own needs.

What you can expect from me
