Great to meet you!

Watching my clients transform and grow is the most rewarding part of my job. I have specialized for over a decade in addiction and trauma. I meet my clients where they are emotionally, encouraging them to find their inner strengths and work toward goals together. We all have the innate ability to handle whatever life throws our way. However, it is often overwhelming and feels too heavy to walk through alone. My mission is to listen without judgment and help my clients find solutions.

My approach to therapy

I use person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT to help my clients identify their innate ability to handle life on life's terms. Together, we explore their issues with unconditional positive regard, centered on compassion and self-acceptance. Trust takes root, and the client is empowered to move towards growth and fulfillment in their lives.

What you can expect from me

My role as counselor is to empathize with my clients' pain and struggles without judgment. My goal is to listen, build rapport, and lead them to find their own solutions. Through honest self-assessment, my clients discover what they truly value. Ultimately they become their authentic selves and in the process realize their self-worth.
