My approach to therapy

-I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, eating disorders, workplace issues, peer problems, sexuality concerns, etc.

-I integrate humor because laughter is contagious

-I have a firm but friendly tone. I am assertive but can match my tone to yours when needed. Not every problem is the same, and communication styles will change depending on the need. I am honest, down to earth, and will celebrate your accomplishments.
