Wendy Campos

Wendy has over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. She aims to provide a safe space free of judgment, promote cultural humility, and foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Her experience includes treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, marital struggles, and parenting. Wendy received her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California

Wendy has formal training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Managing Adapting Practices. Additionally, informal training is implemented to meet each client's specific needs. Wendy utilizes a psychoanalytic approach emphasizing an understanding of transference, the unconscious, and promoting the therapist-patient relationship to facilitate the client's healing process.

To assist in the client's individualized care, Wendy utilizes an integrative approach to meet the client where they are.
