Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am a licensed therapist with over 29 years of experience in multiple practice settings helping clients of all ages address a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, family conflicts, parenting issues, intimacy and relationship struggles, low self-esteem and self-confidence, life transitions and personal growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts with developing a mutually safe relationship with a client. In our initial sessions, we will explore your hope for your life, challenges and stuck places that have kept you from moving forward. Once we know where you want to grow, we develop a plan for getting there. My basic approach to treatment is EMDR therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal for each session is for my clients to leave with a sense of clarity and understanding about themselves and how to address their needs. I help my clients find the strength within to go forward with hope and confidence.
