Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering comprehensive psychiatric care. I am trained in Functional Medicine and Integrative Psychiatry and incorporate a holistic approach. If you’re dealing with ADHD, anxiety, mood swings, or burnout—and want support that looks at the whole picture, not just symptoms—you’re in the right place. I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, scattered, or not quite like themselves, and are looking for a more thoughtful, personalized approach to care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and collaborative. I do not push medications and thoughtfully incorporate nutritional and supplement recommendations as part of individualized care. We'll look at everything that could be impacting how you feel—your routines, stress levels, physical health, and more—and build a plan that fits your life. If medication is part of that plan, we use it thoughtfully and adjust based on how you’re actually feeling, not just checklists.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thoughtful, thorough evaluation in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. We will review symptoms, history, and goals together to develop a clear diagnosis and an individualized treatment plan that feels collaborative and realistic.
