Wendy Laza

Wendy believes it takes a great amount of strength and vulnerability for people of any age to reach out to a therapist, and doesn't take that lightly. For this reason, she believes that a warm, open-minded, client-centered, and non-judgmental environment is essential in beginning to heal and growing to be the best version of yourself.

Wendy works primarily with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, & trauma. She also has experience in helping young adults experiencing life transitions, self-esteem struggles, boundary setting, and personal growth. She would describe her clinical style as eclectic, finding it most important to meet the client where they are and incorporate their passions and interests into session.
