Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and simply being here is an important first step. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to face it alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has a unique story, and therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll create an approach that fits your goals, honors your experiences, and helps you move toward healing, resilience, and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Whatever brings you to counseling, know that you are welcome exactly as you are. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore life’s challenges without judgement and build the tools needed to move forward with confidence as you are connected to the strength that already exists within you. My hope is that when you leave each session, you’ll feel a little lighter, a little stronger, and you’ll be reminded that you don’t have to carry life’s burdens by yourself. I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey as healing begins and hope grows.
