Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I believe deeply in the power of connection. I bring years of experience working with people through some of the most difficult and complicated seasons of their lives, and I never take that trust lightly. I’m compassionate and nonjudgmental, but I’m also honest—I won’t simply tell you what you want to hear. I’ll sit with you in the hard stuff, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and gently challenge you when it may help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be fully human—without judgment, pressure, or having to have everything figured out. I have a strong background in trauma, addiction and mood disorder treatment. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, grief, and the complicated seasons when life doesn’t look the way you expected it to. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while still leaving room for humor, honesty, and the real-life messiness of being human. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop the tools and self-compassion to create a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I will spend some time getting to know you and what you want to address in counseling. We will identify some areas of work and collaborate to create some goals. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling understood, empowered, and a little more capable of facing whatever comes next.
