Latina therapist who provides services in Spanish and English, bringing a
culturally affirming lens to every session. I practice in Santa Clarita with
specialized tools including Brainspotting and IFS for deeper healing.
Sessions are exploratory and tailored — I combine body-based trauma
work, parts-focused approaches and modalities that increase psychological flexibility to help you access what you already
carry but may not be able to reach through words alone.
During our first session you can expect to complete an initial assessment. It may feel direct because I will focus on gathering important information about your treatment needs and goals. Once this is complete we will schedule our weekly sessions.
