Great to meet you!

I offer SPECIALIZED, INDIVIDUALIZED, AND EFFECTIVE TREATMENT for anxiety/depression and related issues. You will learn "anxiety/depression hacks" that can help you get immediate relief while working on long term change. You should leave your sessions feeling heard, supported, and closer to reaching your goals. You will be working with a skilled and open minded therapist, in relaxed warm, casual, sessions.

My approach to therapy

It is important to me that you feel comfortable in your sessions, heard, understood, and that progress is being made. I use researched based, results driven best practices in treatment, mostly cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology, depending on your specific needs.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. After I learn generally why you are seeking therapy, I can tell you how we can work together to meet your goals. You have the opportunity to ask any questions you would like during your consultation. This way, you can decide if I am a good fit for you.
