Great to meet you!

NOTE: MY CURRENT INSURANCE OPENINGS ARE FOR AETNA.

Hello! I'm Dr. Wendy Morrison, a CO Licensed Psychologist with over a decade of experience providing evidence-based individual therapy and psychological assessment. My clients often come in with struggles around depression, anxiety spiraling, perfectionism, procrastination, imposter syndrome, ADHD, self-worth, identity development, PTSD and trauma, stress, and worry.

My approach to therapy

I share my deep knowledge of the brain, using evidence-based methods in a way that helps you understand you aren’t broken. I love helping young adults and professionals break through their “stuck” points and make lasting changes to improve their experiences personally, at work, in college/graduate school, and in their relationships.

What you can expect from me

Initially, my goal is to listen & understand why you are coming in, & what you want to change. We'll work collaboratively to identify & target your goals. I'll offer you some new strategies, always striving to meet you where you are at so you feel like the steps are a stretch, but within reach. I deeply value your feedback, & respond to what you tell me is & isn't working. You're the expert on your life, & I can use my expertise in psychology to help you move toward what matters to you.
