Great to meet you!

If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, life transitions, or in your relationships, I am happy to help. I am a Stanford-trained Clinical Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults wanting to create positive change in their lives, quickly and effectively. I have been practicing as a clinical psychologist for the last 16 years, and I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths based Positive Psychology.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, chronic stress, and relationship challenges using evidence-based therapy. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to reduce overwhelm, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in relationship patterns, you don’t have to face it alone. I provide a warm, supportive space for children, teens, and adults to heal and grow. Together, we’ll build tools for real change.
