Great to meet you!

I have a BFA in Sculpture from Boston University, an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and a Certificate in Family Forensics from William James College. My education also includes many excursions into spiritual trainings and practices. I have centered my practice during the past 30 years on children, adolescents and families, and I also immensely enjoy working with individual adults. I have worked in school settings, clinics and private practice.

My approach to therapy

I like to make my clients feel listened to and honored. We use humor, insight and deep listening to attain goals that will empower my clients. I have a lot of modalities for treatment: reality based therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, solution-focused brief therapy, feminist therapy, and art therapy.

What you can expect from me

My wish is that my clients graduate from therapy feeling self-empowered, equipped with excellent coping tools, knowledgeable about their direction in life with access to the resources they need to be happy and fulfilled.
