Great to meet you!

I am deeply committed to helping individuals find healing, hope, and a sense of wholeness during challenging times. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief from anxiety or depression, as well as seeking solace from significant losses and emotional wounds. I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents, addressing a wide range of concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in taking into account the unique needs and experiences of each individual. I am also trained in a proven divorce recovery program that guides clients through essential steps towards healing. These steps are designed to help individuals with the necessary tools to move forward.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about people and the stories they are willing to share.... focusing on their hurts, joys, losses and successes. I will walk with you on your journey, help you uncover your strengths, collaborate with you as you develop goals, and explore solutions that may help you to not just survive, but thrive.
