Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering teletherapy in New York and Connecticut. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, sports performance-related stress, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I use an integrative, evidence-based framework, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) program.

In our work together, you will have a safe space to explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping you gain deeper insight into your experiences. Along the way, we’ll develop practical and effective strategies to help you navigate challenges. My goal is not only to help reduce distress in the moment, but also to support lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My intention is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning. We’ll begin by getting to know each other. You will have the opportunity to share what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, patterns, and strengths, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we’ll start identifying goals and talk about how we can work collaboratively to help you grow, heal, and better manage challenges. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like.
