Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Wendy.

Many of the people who come to see me tell me they’re dealing with a lot right now. Grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, or simply feeling stuck in a life that no longer feels right. From the outside things may look fine, but internally they feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

For more than twenty years, I’ve been dedicated to helping adults, teens, and preteens move through difficult seasons of life and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and focused on creating movement. We start by looking at what has been happening in your life recently and what feels most important to address right now.

From there, we explore the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to what you're going through and identify ways to shift them. I use solution-focused and trauma-informed approaches, and when it’s helpful I may incorporate EMDR into the work.

At times, I also bring the natural environment into the process and may partner with horses. Horses have a remarkable ability to reflect what’s happening beneath the surface, often offering insight that can be difficult to reach through conversation alone.

What you can expect from me

Sessions may take place virtually, in person, or through a hybrid approach that allows us to move between the two depending on what works best for you.

My intention is simple: to help you feel clearer, steadier, and ready to move forward.
