Specializes in

Infertility and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I lived in a constant state of fear before healing through therapy. This work changed my life. If you're suffering from anxiety, nervousness, blushing, heart racing or you're in a never ending cycle of worry, I want to work with you and help you find more comfort in your mind and body. I work with folks who are struggling with fertility. If you're feeling the weight and emotional roller coaster that comes with infertility, I can help your journey to becoming a parent feel much more manageable.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm a great listener, I'm very curious and I have a strong sense of empathy. I will offer reflections and suggestions to help you see things differently and encourage you to make positive, subtle changes that will shift your life for the better. I will provide a toolkit of mindfulness techniques that will help you feel much more grounded.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first few sessions we will build trust and establish your goals for therapy. From there, we will identify self-care routines, practice relaxation techniques, replace negative thinking and learn more about your story; what brought you to this moment. If this sounds good to you, please don't hesitate to reach out. Learn more at www.wendyquickel.com
