I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Dance Movement Therapy from UC Los Angeles, a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology, Concentration in Somatic Psychology from the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. I hold a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Concentration in Somatic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I enjoy working with adults diagnosed with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, panic, relationship hardships, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I embrace a holistic approach to therapy incorporating psychodynamic, somatic (mind-body connection), and cognitive/behavioral therapy. Together, these processes can promote increased awareness of the whole self to better achieve mental stability.
