I have over 16 years of experience in counseling and pastoral counseling. I take a holistic and strengths-based approach when working with my clients and will curate an individual plan designed specifically for you and your needs. I believe that providing a safe, warm and inviting space in counseling allows my clients to realize the strength inside of themselves to find healing and experience joy in the journey of life.
