Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Florida International University and have been practicing for 6 years.

My approach to therapy

I help adults struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, self-esteem issues, conflict resolution, and development of healthy coping strategies. As a social worker, I take a whole-person approach.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and supported. It’s natural to feel a little nervous, but this is a judgment-free zone where you can speak about what’s on your mind. I’ll explain how I work and what you can expect from our sessions. For example, I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Motivational Interviewing, depending on your needs. We’ll also talk about how therapy is a collaborative process, where we’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you.
