Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Florida native with 30 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. I’ve worked in both community mental health and the public school system, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and major life transitions.

My background includes a B.A. in Psychology from St. Leo University, an M.S. in Human Services with a focus on Community Counseling Psychology from Springfield College, and an Ed.S. in School Guidance and Counseling from Argosy University. I’m also a qualified supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and solution-focused. I meet clients where they are, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy techniques to support lasting growth and healing. Whether you’re a teacher, student, caregiver, or simply someone trying to find balance and clarity, therapy can be a powerful space for self-discovery and change.

What you can expect from me

We'll explore what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to change or understand, and start building insight into patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. You'll leave with practical coping strategies and a sense of direction moving forward.

I work best with clients who are open to self-reflection, motivated to make changes, and willing to explore both their strengths and areas for growth. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
