Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I believe that finding the right connection with a therapist is an important part of the healing journey. As an LCSW, my primary focus is helping clients build resilience and create greater happiness in their lives. I have spent the past five years helping many individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy

We each have unique experiences in life that influence and shape us. Sometimes those experiences can make different areas of our lives challenging. I believe in taking time to get to know you individually, and that challenges you are facing, so that I can best support you.

What you can expect from me

What can you expect from me?

In our first session, I like to get to know you and hear about what lead you to seek help. We will talk about what you hope to get out of therapy and how I can best support you with your therapy goals. I strive to provde you with a warm and caring environment where you can feel supported and comfortable sharing the things that are important to you.
