Great to meet you!

“Life is a journey to be experienced, not a problem to be solved”.

I specialize in high functioning anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress management, and helping individuals coming from various ethnic, cultural, economic, and religious backgrounds balance cross-cultural negotiations and aspects of identities.

If you are seeking the strength in your authentic self, ability to handle "insecurities" with unconditional love, and create structures for multilayered emotions, I am one email away!

My approach to therapy

I strive to develop an integrative and holistic strategy to individualize client’s needs with various approaches to help them reach their goals.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy, and Strength Focused Approach.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a journey, and everyone’s path will be different. I hope my clients can find the strength in their authentic selves, uncover the abilities to work on "imperfections" with unconditional love, and embrace the inner peace that facilitates growth and provides a home for our insecurities.

As emotions can get confusing at times, we will learn to balance both emotional and rational thinking to create a structure that makes self-exploration a safe, productive, warm and compassionate journey.
