Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Wes — and I'm glad you've landed here. I specialize in working with people (13+) and families. If you're having trouble navigating conflict, self-defeating behaviors, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, loneliness, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or questions of identity, I recommend you reach out. Through my practice, I've successfully helped clients move past issues that have blocked them from living fully, completely, and whole-heartedly. While working with me, they've been able to find more joy, happiness, success, and peace in the areas of their life that matter most to them. In addition to my private practice, I work full-time as a clinician on the Family Services Outpatient team at Jefferson Center for Mental Health, where I see a similar population every day. This isn't a side interest — it's my focus. It's work that fulfills and invigorates me.

My approach to therapy

My clients tend to describe me as both supportive and direct — someone who has their back while also pushing them forward. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor how I work to fit the person in front of me, not the other way around. Together, we'll build your self-awareness, develop clarity on your goals and values, and foster an understanding of where you're coming from and where you'd like to go. I use several evidence-based modalities to help my clients do that, but the most important aspect of my practice is my relational, non-judgmental, open, direct, and clear approach.

What you can expect from me

Every client comes in with different goals, and I'll always follow your lead. That said, a lot of the people I work with want the same things at the core: to stop feeling stuck, to feel a sense of meaning, purpose, aliveness, and to feel more in control of their lives. If that sounds like where you're at, reach out and let's have a conversation.
