Great to meet you!

Hi! I am in my 9th year as a school counselor, and love it. I have had the chance to work with clients in a professional setting (outside of the school system) for about two years, under supervision. I have experience helping people navigate relationships, process loss, understand negative beliefs, inventory and understand thoughts and behaviors, manage anxiety, identify goals and take action, and develop a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I have a very collaborative process in our meetings. I will use any evidence-based approaches or training I know that may support you. Whether it's finding a solution or sharing a learned skill, I look for growth each week.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is all about getting to know each other and discovering your needs. There usually is some sense of direction in our work together after our first meeting. Clients usually leave the first meeting feeling like they have a new teammate and find some level of hope and direction.
