Weston Hilland is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive psychiatric care with a focus on general psychiatry, ADHD evaluation, and medication management. Before entering the field of mental health, Weston worked for several years as an Emergency Department nurse, where he developed a deep understanding of the complex connection between physical and emotional health. A proud United States Marine Corps veteran, Weston brings the same dedication, discipline, and compassion from his military service into his clinical practice. He believes in meeting each patient with respect, empathy, and a genuine desire to understand their unique story. Weston’s approach emphasizes collaboration, empowering patients to take an active role in their treatment and long-term well-being. Outside of his professional life, Weston is a devoted husband and father of four daughters. His experiences as both a clinician and a parent have shaped his belief that mental health care should be personal, supportive, and grounded in trust.
