Great to meet you!

Are you feeling lonely? Stressed? Overwhelmed? Tired of living through multiple historical events, including an ongoing pandemic and the slow erosion of democracy? Who isn't! While therapy is not the singular quick fix for any of those issues, having a consistent space where you can receive support and tools to help you manage life stressors and strengthen your relationships is essential not only for surviving these difficult times but for thriving in spite of them. Current weekday afternoon openings are available!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with couples, families, and individuals who desire a stronger connection with their loved ones. I consider the most important aspects of therapy to be helping clients uncover their inherent strengths and empowering them to create lasting change in themselves and their relationships. I particularly enjoy working with young women and adults, couples, and individuals and couples who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or practice ethical non-monogamy.

My approach to therapy

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I utilize systems theory when working with clients toward their goals. Systems thinking emphasizes the ways in which we are all interconnected and influenced by our environment, including our personal family history and past events. I believe that the quality of our relationships greatly influences our quality of life!

What you can expect from me

I hope my clients leave sessions feeling heard, understood and validated. It's important to me to create an emotionally safe space for all my clients, since that is the first step toward reaching your goals.
