Great to meet you!

I'm a school counselor and therapist with a passion for helping adolescents and families navigate academic, emotional, and relational challenges. I have experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, blended family dynamics, anxiety, and depression. With a background grounded in compassionate care and evidence-based practice, I specialize in fostering resilience, emotional growth, and healthy relationships. My goal is to meet each client where they are and walk with them toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and solution-focused. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences. I believe in blending empathy with accountability, using evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether we’re navigating mental health symptoms or personal transitions, therapy with me is always a collaborative and supportive journey.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave each session with more than just insight — you'll walk away with practical tools, renewed self-confidence, and a growing sense of emotional strength. We’ll celebrate progress (not perfection), build resilience, and cultivate change that feels real and sustainable.

Most importantly, you’ll feel seen, supported, and empowered to define healing on your own terms — because your story doesn’t need a script to be powerful.
