Whitney Allen

Hi, I'm Whitney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW in Florida, LSWAIC in Washington) and the founder of Divine Direction Therapy Services. Originally from Bermuda, I bring a unique cultural perspective and deep appreciation for diversity to my work. I hold a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Social Work, and I've worked with children, adolescents, adults and individuals with disabilities. I specialize in helping teens and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, relationships and family concerns. As a Christian, my work is guided by faith and compassion, while also grounded in evidence-based practices to support real, lasting growth.

My approach to therapy is relational, supportive, and rooted in trust. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. Therapy with me is collaborative, we will work together to set goals, build insight and move toward lasting change.

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and gently challenged to grow both during and beyond our sessions. My goal is to empower you with tools, insight, and strategies that build confidence and create real change in your everyday life. You'll be encouraged to do the deeper work, reflect, and take action outside of therapy to support your healing.
