Whitney Cisneros

Whitney Cisneros is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and the owner of In Seasons Expressive Arts and Wellness. Her interest in working alongside clients as a professional grew from her experiences in education, behavioral therapy, and counseling. Whitney has specialized training in Expressive Arts and Prepare/ Enrich Relationship Counseling. In her private practice, she works with individuals and couples throughout their lifespan to improve their quality of life.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed. I gather a complete history through gentle exploration while listening to your presenting problems.
