Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters degree in Counseling. I look forward to working with you to get in the first position to improve your mental health! As a mental health provider who has been in this field for many years, I've continued to grow by remaining current in the latest evidence-based training to provide the most beneficial & effective counseling and therapy that is tailored to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to LISTEN, be practical, be realistic, be empathic, be sympathetic, and use evidence-based therapeutic skills & interventions. I believe that to make a change, you have to be able to talk about the change, its origin, and your present, and take those action steps.

What you can expect from me

I will support you through counseling by asking the essential questions, sharing strategies, and helping you to heal and grow!
