I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in Education and Mental Health in Texas. I help marginalized young adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and navigating the complexities of relationships by integrating a holistic wellness approach to mental wellness. I’m passionate about individuals becoming better managers of themselves through Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to improve your mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to my work is grounded in openness, honesty, trust, and humor. I tailor my practices to each client. I would describe my style as “laid back” as I would like for my clients to feel comfortable in their healing process in order to get the most out of our time together throughout your journey.
