Great to meet you!

Whitney Joyner, LPC

Adolescents & Adults

As a therapist, I believe every person brings a completely unique story, and therapy should honor that. No two clients are alike—your lived experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals deserve support that is tailored specifically to you.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and PMDD, as well as the complex overlap these concerns can have with relationships, work, and everyday life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build skills that support emotional balance, and create a plan that aligns with who you are—not who you “should” be.

My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, honest, and safe space where adolescents and adults feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you’re seeking education, clarity, coping tools, or long-term change, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and self-understanding.

My approach to therapy

I have a CBT foundation and use multiple other modalities such as narrative, solutions based, family systems and others to custom fit the approach to each client.

What you can expect from me

Each session the goal is to leave with more confidence and tools to help face each week more successfully and ultimately your entire future!
