Whitney Lake

Hi, my name is Whitney. The journey towards healing can be challenging at times and having someone by your side can make all the difference. Since gradutating with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Certificate in Relationship and Family Therapy from Rollins College, I have had the oppotunity to work together with many wonderful clients. We will work together to help you reach your goals and re-claim your personal power. I am looking forward to working with you!

In sessions, I utilize an integrative, trauma informed approach. As we begin to work together, we will find ways to build a working relationship based on trust. My specialities include working with trauma and trauma related disorders, attachment trauma, grief/loss, children (ages 3 and up), adolescents, families, and veterans. I utilize the techniques from the following approaches with my clients: EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, Attachment Based Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and many more.
