Great to meet you!

Are you tired of the world going to hell around you while you keep telling everyone you’re “fine”? You deserve more than survival mode. I help high-achieving, big-hearted people stop faking okay and start living whole mind, body, and spirit. Whether it’s trauma, burnout, anxiety, or that quiet grief you don’t talk about, our work together helps you feel safe in your own skin again.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and burnout. My approach is grounded in both science and art: EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic healing meet real conversations about identity, family, and life. Therapy with me isn’t about pretending the pain isn’t there; it’s about understanding it, integrating and transforming.

My approach to therapy

I view individuals within the context of their experiences and envirornment. I recognize that healing occurs within a broader system.

My work is collaborative, honoring clients as experts in their own lives while providing structured guidance. Therapy is an active process, incorporating homework and skill-building to promote lasting change beyond sessions as needed.

I assist clients with developing distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills. At the same time, I challenge patterns that may be keeping them stuck, offering both reflection and practical tools for change.

What you can expect from me

Maybe you’ve been carrying everyone else’s needs while silencing your own, you’re the strong one everyone depends on; or maybe you’re just tired of feeling numb and disconnected from yourself. Healing starts when you stop minimizing your story and start reclaiming your power. If you’re ready to feel safe, I will take that walk with you.
