I believe in creating a space where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or have everything figured out. Therapy with me is collaborative and deeply human — a place where emotions are welcomed, questions are explored, and growth unfolds naturally.
I help individuals navigate OCD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, womens issues, relationship challenges, and seasons of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we work toward clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger connection to who you truly are.
I don’t see therapy as fixing people. I see it as helping people rediscover their identity, strength and their capacity for healing.
My approach is both evidence-based and deeply relational. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported—while also being gently challenged to grow. In our work together, we’ll focus on building practical tools, increasing self-awareness, and creating lasting change that aligns with your values.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions walking into your first session. This initial session is really about getting to know you. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.
I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and overall wellbeing. You’re always in control of what you choose to share—there’s no pressure to go deeper than you’re ready for.
By the end of the session, we’ll begin to identify goals and discuss what working together might look like moving forward. Most importantly, this is a space for you to feel comfortable, supported, and heard.
