Great to meet you!

The weight of anxiety, a hard experience, or the emotional shifts of new parenthood can make even ordinary days feel impossible to get through. I work with children, teens, and adults, helping people move through anxiety, trauma, and panic toward a place that feels steadier and more like themselves. Together we focus on practical skills you can actually use in your daily life, not just insights that stay in the therapy room. I especially enjoy working with parents navigating pregnancy and postpartum, as well as anyone carrying the weight of stress, panic, or past trauma.

My approach to therapy

By the end of our work together, my hope is that you walk away with real tools you can use in everyday moments, more clarity about your thoughts and emotions, and a steadier sense of calm instead of feeling run by an anxious mind. We move at a pace that feels right for you, because healing takes time and looks different for everyone. This work tends to click best for people who are ready to be honest about what is going on, even when it feels messy, and who want a collaborative partner rather than someone handing down answers.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is really just a conversation. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping will be different, and start sketching out a plan that fits your life. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we begin. If this sounds like the kind of support you have been looking for, I would love for you to reach out.
