Great to meet you!

Dedicated to helping young adult women of color with unresolved childhood trauma.

Whitney is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia since May 2018. Whitney received her bachelor’s degree from Ursinus College in 2009, and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in 2012. While at Argosy University Whitney received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which she continues to use in her private practice. CBT is the practice that helps people identify their negative thinking patterns often leading to poor habits/behaviors. Whitney also enjoys helping clients identify their negative core beliefs that can drive their poor behaviors. Whitney helps individuals establish new core beliefs and create new and healthier patterns for themselves. Whitney is also a licensed Minister and can incorporate the spiritual lens from a Christian stance for any individual interested.
