Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Whitney. I work with people online in the state of Texas towards all sorts of goals. Whether it’s working through life’s tough moments, cultivating creativity for a big project, healing from trauma, or working on mental health struggles – my passion is helping you find yours!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I’m a Board Certified Counselor (NCC), & a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I'm also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), am recognized as a specialist with high sensitivity personality trait (HSP/SPS) and have training in Mental Health & Integrative Medicine.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from complimentary theories and interventions to find a path toward your goals that is tailored to you.

What you can expect from our first session

I'm a big believer in genuine connections. I'm a therapist and I'm also human. I model and embody authenticity in my practice, and hope to inspire my clients to be who they are in the world - their most genuine and epic selves!
