Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a small private practice in Hanover, MA. I offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. My current focus is working with individual adults facing a wide range of challenges from mild life stress, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, perinatal issues, relationship conflict, to moderate/severe, chronic mental illness.

My approach to therapy

Through a culturally sensitive lens, I use a therapeutic approach that blends relational, humanistic and psychodynamic theories, while incorporating DBT skills, CBT techniques, and psychoeducation when appropriate.

I believe the most important contributor to meaningful and impactful therapy is building a solid foundational therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe and empowered to address personal problems and emotional symptoms, and explore toxic relationships and unhelpful behavior patterns.

What you can expect from me

I like to help clients find the good in themselves. My hope is for my clients to feel lighter at the end of each session. I’d be honored to hear your story and support you along your journey.
