I provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling. My overall goal is to help clients feel supported and to assist them in working towards obtaining peace, healing, and wholeness in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I love to create a open safe space for clients to share their stories. I believe that this is the foundation to healing. I use a collaborative approach where the client and I work closely together and I work as a guide and assistant along the client to help meet the goals of the client.
