Great to meet you!

My name is Whitney Rudd, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I uses the following approaches to therapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Emotionally Focused Therapy interventions. I provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling. My overall goal is to help clients feel supported and to assist them in working towards obtaining peace, healing, and wholeness in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love to create a open safe space for clients to share their stories. I believe that this is the foundation to healing. I use a collaborative approach where the client and I work closely together and I work as a guide and assistant along the client to help meet the goals of the client.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away something from each session and apply it in their lives to implement change and growth.
