Great to meet you!

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to support a wide range of clients, including individuals with intellectual disabilities, those navigating substance use challenges, and children, teens, adults, and families.

I have been in private practice for the past six years, where I’ve continued to grow my passion for helping clients navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and meaningful way. My experience across different populations allows me to meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to fit their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a laid-back, approachable style to therapy, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself no pressure, no judgment. I believe growth happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported, so I focus on building a genuine connection with each client.

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques. This allows us to explore your thoughts and experiences while also working toward practical, meaningful changes in your daily life. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, grief, life transitions, and maternal health concerns.

I also have experience facilitating group therapy, where shared experiences can foster connection, healing, and growth. I value creativity in the therapeutic process and enjoy helping clients tap into new ways of thinking, expressing themselves, and moving forward.

My goal is to help you discover and step into the best version of yourself—at your own pace, in your own way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll start by talking about what brings you to therapy, any concerns you’d like to address, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process.

I’ll ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and any important life experiences that may help guide our work together. This is also your time to ask questions—about therapy, my approach, or anything else on your mind.

We’ll begin to identify goals and discuss what working together might look like moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, I go at your pace. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more at ease about the process.
