Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a DBT therapist who believes healing happens when we feel seen and have tools to grow. My approach blends warmth, humor, and evidence-based strategies to help you manage emotions, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.

Whether you're navigating chaos or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk with you—no judgement. Just curiosity, compassion, and a bit of quirk.

My approach to therapy

As a DBT therapist, I balance creating space for you to feel heard and validated with setting meaningful goals for change. If you've done therapy before and walked away missing that secret sauce, then I'd be more than happy to help you find it. I firmly believe that life can be joyful even after experincing difficulties. It's all about finding the balance between accepting (not approving) of things we can't change, while skillfully doing something about the things that we can.

What you can expect from me

My priority is that you step away from our sessions feeling heard/validated but also motivated to change, equipped with skills to build the life you want to live. My clients have described me as "validating, sincere, and playful." I credit that to my approach, which is compassionate AND practical. I use a therapeutic technique that combines acceptance and change where I provide you with skills needed to build the life you actually want to be a part of.
