Great to meet you!

I understand what it feels like to live in pain. I understand what it feels like to live in fear. I truly understand how isolating and hopeless life can feel at times. I am devoted to empowering clients to discover pathways to a fulfilling and rewarding life, reminding them that they are not alone in their journey. Together, we can work towards healing, resilience, and growth.

I received my Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication from the University of Florida. I spent 16 years in corporate marketing before pursuing my passion for mental health care.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic approach to counseling, meeting each client exactly where they are in their journey. By incorporating a solution-oriented framework, I focus on identifying and harnessing each individual's positive traits and behaviors to promote healing and growth. I am committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment to ensure that you feel heard, accepted and supported.

What you can expect from me
