Great to meet you!

Therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as yourself—no masks, no pretense. I bring more than a decade of supporting adolescents and adults navigating family trauma, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ issues. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UH-Victoria, I create a supportive, judgment-free environment for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide tools, perspective, and a safe, affirming space to explore your experiences. Using evidence-based practices, I help clients navigate family dynamics, past experiences, and individual strengths to foster healing and growth. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience and uncovering the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel validated, heard, and supported as your authentic self. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling empowered and equipped with tools and insights to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll build a deeper understanding of your experiences, uncover your strengths, and create strategies that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
