Great to meet you!
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a client-centered framework, which means I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change when provided with a supportive space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to honor their individual values, strengths, and goals.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Since 2019, I’ve worked in community mental health, where I worked in crisis services and most recently in the outpatient setting.
