Great to meet you!

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a client-centered framework, which means I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change when provided with a supportive space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to honor their individual values, strengths, and goals.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Since 2019, I’ve worked in community mental health, where I worked in crisis services and most recently in the outpatient setting.

My approach to therapy

While the foundation of my work is relational, I also draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). By integrating these approaches, I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual—balancing structure with compassion, insight with action, and reflection with growth. I aim to emphasize existing strengths and resources, helping to identify what is working and build on those successes.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you’re heard and respected. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and work to build tools for personal growth. I believe in fostering clarity and confidence, helping you gain insight into your emotions and behaviors.
