Great to meet you!

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate life’s transitions. My clinical approach is open, collaborative, and non judgmental. I work to ensure every client feels respected, heard, and empowered in their care.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, discovering new places, and relaxing with a good cup of coffee. I believe in cultivating balance both personally and professionally and I strive to help my clients do the same.

My approach to therapy

I provide holistic, patient centered psychiatric care through a combination of medication management and therapeutic techniques. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their challenges, discussing treatment options, and taking an active role in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

You can expect compassionate support and practical strategies tailored to your needs. Sessions with me often include education, collaborative goal setting, and exploration of tools to help you manage symptoms like anxiety, depression, or sleep issues. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more confident, resilient, and in control of your mental health.
