Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Central Florida. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. I work with adults (18+) who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward despite having insight into their challenges. My clinical background includes working with diverse populations and complex life circumstances, with a focus on emotional well-being, behavioral patterns, and strengthening coping skills. I provide a supportive, structured, and collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves and build practical tools for change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and build healthier emotional and behavioral responses. Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing clients to take an active role in their treatment while receiving guidance and support. I focus on helping clients recognize existing strengths, increase emotional awareness, and develop practical skills they can apply in daily life. I also incorporate culturally responsive care, honoring each client’s background, identity, and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we begin building rapport and understanding what brought them to therapy. We will explore current concerns, relevant history, and what the client hopes to gain from the therapeutic process. Together, we will begin identifying goals and discussing what meaningful progress might look like. Clients can expect a collaborative tone, where they are encouraged to share at their own pace while I guide the conversation to ensure we establish clarity and direction. The initial focus is on creating comfort, trust, and a foundation for purposeful work moving forward.
